Andrew Marsh of Marsh Real Estate Shares His Insights

The Kitchens at Robina Town Centre is more than just a dining precinct; it's a dynamic foodie hub that's taken the local culinary scene by storm. According to Andrew Marsh of Marsh Real Estate, this impressive $160-million investment has firmly positioned Robina as a premier dining destination.
A Star-Studded Culinary Line-Up
The Kitchens has attracted some of the biggest names in the food industry, with 30 new restaurants, cafes, bars, and food retailers already open, and more on the way, The Kitchens offers an unparalleled variety for food enthusiasts.
Architectural Marvel
"The architecture at The Kitchens is nothing short of brilliant," says Andrew Marsh. The precinct features a wave-shaped ceiling crafted with individual strips of curved timber, blending warm, inviting tones with raw concrete and steel elements. This dramatic setting provides the perfect backdrop for the diverse culinary offerings. Spread over two levels, visitors can explore cozy indoor corners or sun-drenched outdoor tables.
A Feast for Every Palate
Even the pickiest eaters will find something to love at The Kitchens. The variety is impressive, ranging from Italian, Thai, and Japanese cuisine to oversized burgers, Malaysian and Hong Kong street food, raw juices, desserts, and more. Andrew Marsh notes that while he hasn't yet sampled every new menu, Betty's Burgers is a favourite!
Events and Entertainment
The opening of The Kitchens was marked by a series of high-profile events, featuring appearances by celebrity chefs such as Alistair McLeod, MasterChef's Matt Sinclair, and Gerard's Bistro head chef Ben Williamson. Weekly night markets are set to commence, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Cooking demonstrations and classes have been a hit, and regular live music showcases local talent, enhancing the overall experience.
Celebrating Local Talent
The Kitchens also highlights the culinary skills of local chefs. James Brady, owner of Pigs and Pints, has opened Mr Pigs Bakehouse, while Akira Takagi has launched his second Muso Ramen Noodle & Gyoza Bar. Trent Scarr is behind Honeyeater Kitchen, and Byron Bay’s Gemma Gawned has introduced a raw-food bar called Naked Treaties. "It's fantastic to see so much local talent being showcased," says Marsh.

The Kitchens is a vibrant and beautiful place to socialise and enjoy good times with friends. Its arrival, just in time for summer, makes it the perfect spot for your next outing. "The Kitchens is an exciting addition to Robina," says Andrew Marsh. "So what are you waiting for? Come join the party this weekend and experience it for yourself."
